We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide outpatient behavioral health services for adults living with HIV. The LCSW will work as part of a multidisciplinary HIV care team to address mental health concerns, improve treatment adherence, and support patients' overall well-being.

Responsibilities
Provide individual psychotherapy and behavioral health counseling.
Perform psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
Address depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, adjustment disorders, and other behavioral health concerns.
Support medication adherence and engagement in HIV care.
Coordinate care with infectious disease physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and community resources.
Document encounters in the electronic medical record in accordance with professional and payer requirements.
Participate in care coordination and interdisciplinary communication as needed.

Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.
Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Illinois.
Eligible to enroll with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans.
Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy.
Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with individuals living with HIV.
