Bilingual Case Manager GRIP – Santa Ana/Orange County. F/T, Monday - Friday, Limited evenings and weekends based on community events and/or client needs.**
Responsibilities:
- Assess for risk and protective factors of behaviors that indicate an interest in or involvement with gang activity and juvenile delinquency for each referred youth and their family.
- Create an action plan for every participant, in a prevention and/or intervention component of GRIP which includes: Self-Esteem and Gang Awareness Curriculum, weekly case management services.
- Conduct student Intervention meetings and parent intervention meetings for those needing more support from the collaborative.
- Provide information and referral assistance, collecting data and coordinating services with other GRIP Team Members in the collaborative.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, counseling, social work or one of the social behavioral sciences.
- Background with adolescents or the juvenile justice system.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
