The Beyond Homes Resident Services program serves various populations including Seniors, TAY, Families, Survivors of Domestic Violence, Formerly Homeless, and individuals with disabilities.

The RSC will ensure ongoing access to resources for residents, intervene when individuals are at risk of losing their housing, and provide avenues to social service agencies. The RSC works to engage residents with each other?and their greater communities, promoting wellness and reducing isolation with the goal to increase stability, independence and to promote aging in place for senior citizens. At family sites, the RSC is responsible for oversight of youth programs including out-of-school time programs that focus on social and emotional learning (SEL). The RSC is responsible for tracking programs and referrals through daily attendance, referral notes, case notes, and ResidentConnect database. At senior sites, the RSC is responsible for oversight of programs designed to reduce isolation and focus on aging in place. Any RSC working with special needs residents or formerly homeless population is required to work in collaboration with service providers to ensure best practices in permanent supportive housing are offered.
