Key Responsibilities:
- Management of client behaviors and facilitation of sessions, including, but not limited to, outreach/engagement activities, group, individual, and family, crisis intervention, case management, and referrals.
- Conduct screenings and assessments to determine the appropriate level of care, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
- Participate in diagnostic and treatment plan development in consultation with the Clinical Supervisor, as needed.
- Coordination of care and case management for designated caseload: completing ongoing reporting, outreach, referrals, and dialogue with professionals working with the caseload.
- Participation in team meetings, individual/group supervision, community coalition meetings, and identified training opportunities.
- Fiscal Management: attendance management, census administration, retention of cases, family support, fee collection, and outreach presentations.
- Conduct urine and saliva toxicology screens.
- Maintain superior Quality Assurance & Program Quality: contract and regulation compliance, fulfilling clinical standards and best practices, and timely and comprehensively complete all related documentation.
- In the absence of on-site supervisors, will serve as a Manager on Duty (MOD) when requested/approved. When appropriate, serve as a Task Supervisor to interns/volunteers.
- In the absence of colleagues, will serve as an alternate clinician for clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
