Lead Clinical Supervisor – Night Shift (CDF) Schedule: Night shift 10:00 PM–6:30 AM; days off Sunday/Monday Shift differential: $1.00/hour Benefits: Medical (employee premium-free), dental, life, LTD; FSA; ORCA subsidy; PTO 34 days/year JOB SUMMARY The Crisis Solutions Center (CSC) provides short-term stabilization, treatment, and referrals for up to 46 adults to divert people with mental illness and/or substance use disorders from hospitals and jails. CSC includes the Crisis Diversion Facility (CDF) and Crisis Diversion Interim Services (CDIS), a step-down program for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. With CSC Project Managers, the Lead Clinical Supervisor provides shift-level clinical/administrative leadership across CDF and CDIS. The role supervises frontline staff, supports client engagement and short-term case management, ensures safe transitions between programs, and promotes effective discharge planning and continuity of care. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide shift-level clinical leadership for engagement, screening/assessment, stabilization, and short-term case management across CDF and CDIS. • Implement program standards/workflows; identify gaps and communicate emerging needs to Project Managers. • Supervise MHPs, BHCMs, and Milieu Specialists: coaching, consultation, training, performance feedback, and corrective action (with Project Managers). • Coordinate transitions between CDF/CDIS and discharge planning; collaborate with DESC programs and community partners to support continuity of care. • Ensure accurate, timely documentation; participate in psychiatric consults, case conferences, and in-service trainings. • Support shift operations including staffing/scheduling needs and timesheet review/approval for supervised staff. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Eligible for a Licensed AAC credential or any other superseding credential that meets RCW 71.05.020 requirements to act as a Mental Health Professional. • Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioral science. • One or more years’ experience in community-based behavioral health services. • Experience working with adults experiencing homelessness, mental illness and/or substance use disorders. • Recovery-oriented, strengths-based practice; harm reduction and trauma-informed care. • Valid WA driver’s license, insurable driving record, and ability to drive for work duties.
