Description Clarvida is seeking an innovative and purpose?driven Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations at our Oasis program for older adults on site. This full?time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $44.00/hr, leadership responsibilities, professional growth, and the chance to shape high?quality behavioral health service delivery. As Clinical Manager, you will directly supervise clinical staff, lead treatment programming, ensure compliance with policy and regulations, and contribute clinical services when needed. You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams, oversee quality assurance, and help build a culture of empowerment, client independence, and recovery. | ||||||||||||||||||||

Skills Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field from an accredited school Registered as an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), or Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) in California Valid California driver’s license, auto insurance, and proof of education Minimum of two years’ experience working with mental health patients (inpatient or outpatient) | ||||||||||||||||||||
