Description
Inspiring Futures is a growing grassroots organization, and this is the first time we have been able to hire for this role. The founding clinical supervisor will have the opportunity to help shape therapeutic processes and strengthen the clinical program. Inspiring Futures is a non-profit organization, and the clinical supervisor would work directly with agency leadership. The clinical supervisor would ensure quality therapeutic services of the therapists they supervise. Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities: The position requires clinical licensure. This position involves: • Supervising masters-level clinical therapists by facilitating group and individual supervision as well ensuring quality of clinical treatment and care • Reviewing and co-signing clinical documentation such as assessments, treatment plans, notes, and court reports • Chart audits • Crisis Intervention as needed • Overseeing the implementation and administration of trainings and certifications for clinical staff • Working with our contract biller on single-case agreements for clients who have health insurances where those are required • Collaborating to train other organizations on clinical topics • Working with referral sources and new referrals to help clients prepare for their intake sessions • Outreach to improve and strengthen agency partnerships to ensure program reaches and maintains capacity

Skills
• New York State Licensure in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) • Lived or professional experience with the foster care or juvenile justice systems preferred • Ability to work from a strength-based, trauma-informed lens • Ability to form collaborative, working relationships with staff, families, partner organizations and others
