MyEzMed is a supportive outpatient behavioral health practice providing therapy for adults and older adults. We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers who value continuity, collaboration, and a thoughtful pace of care.

This role is primarily telehealth, with most care delivered remotely. W2 part-time with flexible scheduling and the option to grow into full-time if desired. No required evenings or weekends.

Our work focuses on life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, caregiver stress, adjustment to health changes, and emotional support through aging and identity shifts. Many of our patients value ongoing, relationship-based therapy.

Ideal Backgrounds May Include
Outpatient therapy, primary care integration, medical social work, hospice, palliative care, senior services, or behavioral health. However — none of these are required.

Newly licensed LCSWs are welcome.
If you are early in your career and interested in developing a steady outpatient practice, we offer structured onboarding, supportive workflows, and gradual caseload growth.

Role Responsibilities
Provide outpatient psychotherapy via telehealth
Maintain documentation consistent with professional standards
Participate in care coordination as needed
Work at a pace that supports therapeutic depth and continuity
Requirements
Active California LCSW license
Comfortable with telehealth delivery
Current CAQH profile or willingness to complete CAQH (we can assist)
