The salary range for this position is $79,098.16 to $123,272.27 for Schedule A, and $79,098.16 to$117,108.66 for Schedule B. For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range. For current Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of base salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater. Judiciary employees hired prior to June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule A. Newly hired individuals, and Judiciary employees hired on or after June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule B.Example of Duties
Creates and analyzes monthly statistical reports, creates and updates Power BI dashboards, and develops and produces new or ad hoc reports, as assigned. Prepares monthly statistical reports, annual statistical reports, and medium-to-high level statistical analyses using Excel, Power BI, SPSS, SQL, SAS, Tableau, or other tools as appropriate.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's in statistics, criminology, criminal justice, government/political science, psychology, economics, data science, or other relevant discipline and five years of professional experience in program analysis, administrative research, program development, program coordination, and/or program administration.
Substitution. An associate's degree and two years of additional paraprofessional and/professional experience in the areas of specialty listed above may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Master's in one of the fields noted above may be substituted for the required education OR one (1) year of the required experience.
A Ph.D. in one of the fields noted above may be substituted for the required education OR for three (3) years of the required specialized experience.
