Mental Health Clinician – Wraparound Program

Overview
Join our team to provide therapeutic services to children and adolescents in the Wraparound pro-gram, focusing on developing and implementing client treatment plans and case management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
•        Develop therapeutic relationships with clients, assessing individual needs and coordinating mental health services.
•        Complete required MediCal documentation within specified timelines.
•        Participate in Wraparound Child Family Team Meetings at least once per month.
•        Serve as a liaison between the program and community treatment resources.
•        Maintain detailed records of contacts, incidents, meetings, and case management activities.
•        Complete reports and discharge planning documentation.
•        Attend individual and group clinical supervision sessions weekly.
•        Attend relevant IEPs, trainings, seminars, and conferences.
•        Provide clinical consultation and training to staff as needed.
•        Provide clinical information to CSWs and probation officers.
•        Be available to handle crisis situations during working and non-working hours.
•        Adhere to agency policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
•        MFT/MSW with intern number or license.
•        1-2 years of previous relevant experience, preferably with at-risk populations.
•        Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
•        Criminal background clearance.
•        First Aid/CPR certification.
•        Ability to drive to meetings and client homes.
•        Ability to intervene physically in crisis situations with minors.
•        Alignment with Olive Crest's mission, vision, and values.
•        Eligibility to work under mental health funded programs.
•        Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record.
