Description The primary purpose of your job position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administration, to assure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis | ||||||||||||||||||||

Skills • A Bachelors Degree in Social Work or a human services field; and one year of supervised work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals (Degree in Psycho/Social Health are Preferred). • Neat Appearance • Good physical and mental help • Good written and verbal communication skills • Good interpersonal skills • Good administrative and organizational abilities • Knowledge of Social Resources in the Community | ||||||||||||||||||||
