Description The Case Management Supervisor, under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Clinical Services (Clinical Supervisor) will ensure staff are providing quality intensive case management for individuals and families living in supportive housing. Utilizing evidence-based practices the position will promote and model best practices for social services staff, assist in coordination of mental health and community-based services and increase the ability of staff to address behavioral health issues in a culturally-competent, strengths-based manner. The Case Management Supervisor is responsible for ensuring trauma-informed crisis intervention and management. | ||||||||||||||||||||
|
Skills Required MSW ; Preferred LMSW or LMHC Must have experience in case management and service planning Knowledge of HIV disease progression; emotional/behavioral health; parent-child relationship dynamics; and diagnostic classification. Strong expertise in strengths-based, solution-focused, and person-centered practice Experience with harm reduction, MI, recovery-oriented practice, trauma-informed care and other evidence-based practices | ||||||||||||||||||||
