Description Harris Hands Community Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and dependable Direct Support Professional/Driver to join our Without Walls Day/ Supplemental Habilitation Programs. Key Responsibilities include: - Support Individuals with developed mental disabilities in a community-based setting - Document provided services accurately and efficiently - Utilize computer skills to enter into the online database system (Therp) - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while fostering a supportive environment. | ||||||||||||||||||||

Skills Qualifications for this position must include: High School Diploma or G.E.D. Must pass all four OPWDD background tests Must have NYS Driver's License Must be able to drive a 15-passenger van, Must be creative, a team player, flexible, have conflict resolution skills, and be able to complete paperwork on time. Reading, Writing, and computer skills are required. | ||||||||||||||||||||
