Description This role will perform full physical therapy evaluation (collecting learner history, using standardized functional tests and outcome measures, determining PT diagnosis/prognosis, constructing learner-centered plans of care). Notes Home Based Service Delivery Experience Strong Clinical & Interpersonal Skills Must have at least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
