Residential Services, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization located in Chapel Hill, NC. RSI provides living options and related supports to people of all ages with developmental disabilities. We promote quality of life by maximizing self-determination, development of independent living skills, community involvement, meaningful social roles and socially responsible behavior. Since 1974, RSI has continued to grow and now provides services to individuals residing in 16 group homes, several apartments and a retirement center for seniors with ID/DD. RSI also provides recreational and vocational training to residents in a sheltered workshop setting. Join our team!
