Company Information
Meridian Services, Orion Associates, Orion ISO and Zenith Services, were established to help those with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses to identify and pursue their hopes and dreams. We provide innovative, compassionate and personalized support and work with people as they achieve the goals, they have set for themselves.
Our corporate offices are based out of Golden Valley and Hopkins, Minnesota. Our positions are located throughout the Twin Cities area based on the position/program. We offer a wide array of services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses in Minnesota that include: Case Management, In Home Services, Self- Directed Services, Residential Supervised Living Services and Vocational Services. Orion Associates is our management organization that provides the Human Resources, Payroll and Finance support to Meridian Services, Orion ISO and Zenith Services.
We have a wide variety of part time, full time and internship opportunities. Some of our positions we hire for include:
• Summer Direct Support Professionals working with persons with disabilities
• Program Managers of Group Homes or In-Home Service Caseloads
• Case Managers: 4-year degree in Human Services, Psychology or Sociology required or LSW
• Teachers and Assistant Teachers in our Child Care Center located at our Corporate Headquarters
• Human Resource Generalists and Specialists
• Payroll Specialists
• Family Coordinators
• A/P and A/R Specialists
• Direct Support Professionals (Caregivers)
• Internships are available for Social Work, Psychology and Human Services (We accept these year-round but are capped at the number of students per year we can accept).
