Monarch is a not-for-profit organization that supports thousands of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, and substance use disorders. Our company provides services and supports to people of all ages, skill levels, and backgrounds.
Monarch professionals, like our behavioral health services counselors and direct support professionals, will work with individuals to discover their interests and help them to identify their place in the community where they live. Monarch professionals will work to ensure they are "Helping Dreams Take Flight" for the people we support.
