For over 25 years, Iris House has been providing support services for women of color living with HIV and their families. With services ranging from HIV 101 presentations to group interventions, condom distribution, health fairs and group educational sessions we strive to meet people where they are. We administer rapid, confidential and free HIV, hepatitis C and syphilis testing in our offices and on the road with our mobile outreach and testing units. We give ongoing case management, emotional wellness and behavioral health services. Iris House also provides Food and Nutrition Services, which provide case management, one-on-one nutritional counselling, and nutrition group education. Iris House also has a community pantry program, which provides free lunch to food to neighbors four days a week and provides pantry bags several times a month.
