Description Licensed Social Workers serve as members of interdisciplinary treatment teams providing the full range of social work services to individuals in a variety of settings. As a Licensed Social Worker, you would be required to handle more complex issues and to exercise a high level of independent professional judgment throughout the course of your activities. This position is in the Brooklyn Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic. The individual will serve as the primary therapist for a caseload of between 30 and 40 children. Work schedule includes Saturday and weekday evening hours. This clinic presently employs 4 full-time therapists, 3 full-time psychiatrists and one nurse. The environment is collegial, and all clinicians address client’s needs via a team approach. Candidates must be licensed in NY State (LMSW or LCSW) and have at least one year of experience providing psychotherapy services. | ||||||||||||||||||||
