Description We are now seeking an LCSW-level assistant director to join us and help us achieve the agency’s mission of enhancing the quality of life of older adults, fostering their independent living through the delivery of comprehensive mental health and supportive services, advocacy, and education. This position focuses on providing significant clinical and administrative support to SPOP’s satellite site programming, supervising clinical staff, and liaising with both referral partners and with the NYC Department for the Aging (DFTA) staff. | ||||||||||||||||||||

Skills Requirements: Qualified applicants are required to have current clinical social work licensure (LCSW) as well as 3-5 years supervisory experience in a behavioral health care or NYC-based aging services setting. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in using an electronic health record and excellent collaborative skills across disciplines. | ||||||||||||||||||||
