The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in developing and managing all aspects of the employment services division, including the planning, organization, development, management, and supervision of the program. The Assistant Manager will oversee the daily operations of CEL’s employment program, which includes but is not limited to, management of full and part time staff, facilitating the Department of Rehab Services (DRS) employment contracts billing, and case management, oversee caseload management of employment private pay customers and budget monitoring. Using best practices and member input, the Assistant Manager will develop working relationships with community employers that supports career development and competitive employment initiatives for the department.
This position will also hire, train, supervise, coordinate, schedule and evaluate employment staff. The Assistant Manager will ensure the Employment Specialist(s) and Job Coaches adhere to the above criteria.
