The Adult and Senior Care Program is seeking multiple hardworking and motivated individuals with strong analytical skills, ready to make a difference.Join a team of caring and skilled people out to serve the most vulnerable people of California. Our mission is to promote the health, safety, and quality of life of each person in community care through the administration of an effective and collaborative regulatory enforcement system.
The Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) represent Regional Offices throughout California in outreach and compliance. LPAs with the Adult and Senior Care Program perform analytical and technical work related to the licensing and evaluation of facilities that provide care and supervision to adults and seniors who reside or spend a portion of their time in out-of-home care.
LPAs perform challenging duties and may independently carry out all phases of licensing duties. They actively evaluate and monitor licensed facilities to recommend actions that protect the communities in our care.
