Director of Human Resources – Murray Hill

Job Summary: Full-Time Director of Human Resources to be responsible for overall administration of human resources functions that include talent acquisition, employee relations, policy development and implementation, benefits administration, compensation and performance management, employee engagement, legal compliance and recordkeeping, and payroll processes.. Schedule Available: Hybrid Office/WFH – Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Essential Functions: Responsibilities include supervising and developing HR team and enforce agency-wide policies for PCMH staff. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be detail oriented. Must be organized and able to thrive in a fast paced environment. Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Management of HRIS system (Paycom) and streamlining those processes. Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information and prioritize assignments while handling projects simultaneously. Able to be work independently and as a part of a team.

Minimum Education/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field and have a minimum 7 years of experience. Minimum of 7 years as Human Resources Generalist experience and partnering with senior leadership.

Other Requirements:
1.        Undergo background clearances prior to employment including fingerprinting with New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, State Central Registry (SCR) clearance, the Staff Exclusion List (SEL), and K-checks Exclusion Management.
2.        Ability to maintain clearances throughout the duration of employment.
3.        COVID-19 vaccination required.
