The Administrative Support Manager for the SAMHSA Certified Community Behavioral Health Center Expansion (CCBHC-E) grant assists with the day-to-day functions of the project, including clerical, technical and administrative support. The Administrative Support Manager provides high quality customer service to new and returning clients, as well as to staff. The Administrative Manager provides training and leadership development to staff. The Administrative Support Manager ensures the staff have the training and resources needed to successfully provide best practice in Clinical Services. The Administrative Manager is self-motivated and driven to insure the program is operating up to full potential.

Key Responsibilities
Manages day to day program administrative operations and oversight of assigned project(s) and facility.
Responsible for all facility related matters to ensure that program(s) operate efficiently and safely.
Assumes ownership for any facility or program crisis situation and sees it through to completion.
Understands Prototypes/HealthRIGHT’s strategic vision and finds ways to implement and execute the vision at the treatment services level.
Responsible for compliance with all programmatic or project contractual requirements.
Responsible for compliance with all environmental, safety and health requirements of the program(s) assigned.
Develops and maintains policies and procedures as it relates to day to day program operations in collaboration with QI and EHR staff.
Responsible for providing direct supervision, training, and guidance to the supervisors and direct service staff assigned.
Delivers or arranges training and resources required for direct reports and direct service staff to perform their roles.
Identifies the direct reports strengths and weaknesses and strives to develop each direct report to their fullest potential.
Keeps program staff and Director informed on quality of care concerns through regular reporting and/or team discussions.
Delivers or arranges trainings required for direct reports and direct service staff to perform their roles in full compliance of agency standards and best practice.
Monitor’s program budgets and facilitates response to ensure utilization.
Assists the Director by ensuring program/projects stay within agreed budgetary limitations.
Ensures all direct reports and direct service providers meet productivity and utilization expectations.
Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor in Arts in relevant field with management experience (at least 1 year), or high school diploma with at least 3 years of management experience.
Experience Requirements:

Minimum min. 1 years’ experience providing admin support in a behavioral health setting.
Experience with efficient and effective treatment and management of clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
Experience working with perinatal women.
Knowledge of and experience with providing trauma informed services.
Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
