JOB SUMMARY: This position has primary responsibility for providing mental health services and case management services to children or adolescents and their families referred to Community Services. Services may include engagement, assessment, evaluation, individual/family/group therapy, and case management. The position acts as liaison with external agencies and functions on teams with other clinical and support staff. In addition, the position documents and bills for mental health and case management services and completes outcomes information.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Master’s Degree in a mental health field
BBS registration as an AMFT, ASW, LMFT, or LCSW
Passion for using Evidence-Based practices to provide services
Bilingual Spanish, English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, and/ or Korean
Experience:
One (1) year direct service experience with emotionally disturbed youth in an inpatient or outpatient health care setting required (student internship and/or practicum time may be substituted).
License or Certification
1. Registered AMFT, ASW or LMFT, LCSW in California
2. Valid California Driver's License and automobile insurance
