FULL SERVICE PARTNERSHIP SUPERVISOR
YOW – Santa Ana, F/T, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm. On-call 24/7 for crisis support.
Oversee the service delivery of mental health rehabilitation and case management.
Facilitate weekly treatment team meetings, provide interventions covering suicide assessment and crisis stabilization, developing safety plans.
Conduct clinical assessments, develops treatment plans for consumers and their family, track progress, address barriers and documents all services.
Oversee direct service staffs’ implementation of the treatment plan, update the clinical assessment at 6 month and annual intervals, provides training on mental health issues.
Establish rapport, make accurate assessment of the youth/family’s needs and strengths, and demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse multicultural/ethnic population with sensitivity and respect.
Must be available for 24-hour, on call, 7 days a week for crisis intervention and adjusts schedule to meet client needs.
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related discipline and license eligible.
2-4 years’ experience in the field.
Licensed as MFT or LCSW preferred.
Knowledge of theory and techniques of individual, family, and group dynamics, as well as substance abuse issues and other co-occurring disorders.
Current registration with Board of Behavioral Sciences required.
Valid California driver’s license, liability insurance meeting minimum state requirements and a clean driving record.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
