•        Assist clients with support systems (financial assistance, food insecurity, employment) that promote long-term safety, self-sufficiency, and stability, discuss additional resources available in the community, and make personalized referrals from main and satellite operations.
•        Actively participate in weekly Case Review, working with colleagues toward positive client outcomes.
•        Maintain clear and precise data and case notes for all client interactions.
•        Supervise Client Services Team: Caseworker and Community Outreach Liaison.
o        Conduct annual reviews with staff and goal settings/updates
•        Plan and maintain Client Service’s annual budget
•        Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with county and community partners to ensure accurate referral information, and identify overlaps and gaps in services.
•        Identify and participate in outreach opportunities to actively engage in building relationships with property managers, (for profit & non-profit) who reside within ICA’s service area.
•        Provide leadership and direction to volunteers (resource assistance, food shelf, and warehouse).
•        Contribute to an atmosphere of safety, dignity, support while respecting confidentiality of client information.
•        Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation by providing leadership and modeling professional and calm problem-solving behavior for clients and colleagues.
•        Participate with other staff in developing guidelines for ICA services and generate ideas that result in robust services that respond to community needs
•        Represent ICA at various community functions / meetings / special events.

Minimum of 2-years working in a social service setting required.
Experience working with under-resources communities strongly preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish, Russian or Somali a plus
Computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite

Strong people skills; empathetic, understanding of privilege, and barriers our neighbors face
