We are seeking a full-time Coordinator of Supportive Services to join our Osborne Social Ventures (OSV) Team. An ideal candidate for this position will be a community-focused individual who shares our passion for working with people affected by the criminal legal system and using business as a tool for sustainable social impact.

The Coordinator of Supportive Services for OSV is a key position on the social enterprise team and will play a large role in the success of the transitional employees hired by each of Osborne's social enterprises. This front-facing role requires someone with energy, creativity, and flexibility, dedicated to helping our participants become successful members of the workforce and positioning them for economic upward mobility. The successful candidate will have a strong team spirit and a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving. This position reports to the Director of Social of Enterprise.

Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM hybrid schedule. Occasional evenings may be required. The schedule is subject to change with or without notice.

•        LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC with active NY State license
•        Experience in social enterprise, workforce development, criminal justice, education, community development, or a related field
•        Experience in project management, preferably in a start-up environment
•        Experience in relating effectively to people of many different employment levels, professions, cultures, ethnic and racial groups, and national origin;
