Description
- Conducts psychosocial assessment, may include diagnostic interview
- Develops treatment plan
- Provides psychotherapeutic interventions, including counseling/psychotherapy, such as individual counseling, group counseling, or family counseling
- Provides crisis intervention
- Provides case management services
- Provides agency referral and follow up
- Maintains treatment records in accordance with Health Center’s guidelines
- Participates in agency Quality Assurance activities and case conference
- Provides intern or volunteer supervision or staff supervision as assigned
- Attends agency meetings
- Other duties as assigned

Skills
- Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited social work school
- New York State LMSW/LCSW License required
- Basic CPR (BCLS) Certification required (Health Center will provide if needed)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in English/Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) or English/Korean
