Description
Shriners Hospitals for Children Northern California, the premier pediatric burn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury and pediatric subspecialties medical center, is looking for a highly motivated Social Worker to become part of our Care Management team.
This position provides psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, short-term counseling, support group facilitation, discharge planning and community resource referral.

Skills
Requires MSW degree, LCSW and pediatric health care experience. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
