The Multipurpose Senior Service Program (MSSP) Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for direct supervision of case management staff & the coordination of the intake process. Duties include oversight of the intake process & referral assignment, oversight of all aspects of care management activities, orientation, & onboarding of new staff, ongoing clinical supervision, review of progress notes, assessments, care plans, & other required CDA documentation in the Electronic Health Record system (EHR).

Licensed MA Degree in Social Work or related field
Licensed for 2+ years (LCSW/LMFT) in California by the of BBS
Current unrestricted CA Driver’s License & proof of auto insurance
3 years of successful clinical, supervisory, & administrative experience
Qualified to supervise in CA per BBS requirements
Strong organizational & planning skills to manage multiple priorities & meet required deadlines
Management skills necessary to attract & maintain a highly effective & motivated staff
Ability to supervise professionals & implement complex regulations w/ attention to detail
Ability to exercise strong clinical judgment & work independently w/ minimal supervision
Knowledge of community resources & issues of aging
Experience in care management & community-based service delivery w/older adults
Knowledge of safety issues when working w/ at-risk participants
Experience with EHR systems desired
Must be computer literate in MS Office applications
Demonstrated ability to work in an interdisciplinary community setting maintaining appropriate professional boundaries
Culturally sensitive & non-judgmental in working w/ a multicultural client population
Must pass a criminal background check (Live Scan fingerprinting) prior to beginning employment

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Supervision of case management activities, including assessment, care planning, & interventions
Monitoring caseloads to ensure client safety & program compliance
Review of referrals & case assignments in the EHR system
Weekly clinical supervision of care management & nursing staff
Implementation of CDA documentation requirements
Responsible for quality assurance of the MSSP program, including ongoing review of EHR and client charts, to ensure documentation complies w/CDA regulations
Participation in program management & policymaking
Participation in program outreach to identify & build relationships w/ social service & behavioral health providers in the service area
Supervision of student interns as needed
Other related duties as assigned
