Scarsdale Edgemont Family Counseling Service (SFCS) is seeking a dynamic administrative and clinical professional for a busy, mid-sized family counseling agency with strong ties to the Scarsdale community. The Assistant Director is a leadership position with the primary responsibility of assisting the Executive Director in the administration, supervision, design, and implementation of programs that support the community.
The ideal candidate will possess an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC with a minimum 10 years’ experience in the diagnosis and treatment of common mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship issues, family issues, trauma, self- harm and risk assessment as well as an equivalent combination of education, experience or training in clinical supervision, including knowledge of documentation standards. Knowledge of family systems theory and the ability to work with adolescents a plus. Ability to use tele-health format and EMR a must.
