Licensed Program Manager –

Salary Range: 68,191.60 - $92,058.66 plus licensure differential

Actual offers will be determined by the candidate’s creditable years of experience in conjunction with internal equity considerations and based on the organization’s current compensation practices.

Seeking Licensed Program Manager who thrives in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment. Our program provides short term crisis stabilization and educationally related mental health services to neurodivergent families (e.g., autism, intellectual/developmental disabilities) with co-occurring mental health disorders and complex trauma. This position should bring high quality, trauma-informed clinical services, and neurodiverse-affirming practices to an established clinical program.

The Position: We are looking for a full time Licensed Program Manager in Upland, CA!

•        Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related human service field (e.g., Occupational Therapy and Speech Language Pathology).
•        Three (3) years of experience in the design and implementation of behavioral intervention services, including crisis intervention.
•        Two (2) years of experience in administrative management (e.g., performance management, productivity, budget, operations).
•        Current CA license with Board of Behavioral Sciences or Board of Psychology.
•        Exceptional organization, planning and task prioritization skills.
•        Flexible thinking and adaptability to changing demands.
•        Ability to attune to self, staff, vendors, and families to provide regulated responses that support the wellbeing of the whole clinical program.
•        Ability to self-reflect and make necessary adjustments to support the clinical leadership team.
•        Experience working with neurodivergent individuals (i.e., autism, developmental disabilities, and/or other behavioral health diagnoses).
•        Experience interfacing with regional centers and educational systems.
•        Bilingual and/or bicultural knowledge and experience.
•        Works within the agency and program’s vision, mission and philosophy, and policies of the agency in partnership with the leadership team.
•        In collaboration with the director, the Licensed Program Manager oversees clinical, administrative, and fiscal operations of the assigned crisis stabilization and educationally related mental health services programs serving neurodivergent individuals (e.g., autism, intellectual/developmental disabilities) with co-occurring mental health challenges.
•        Responsible for professional development and training of staff in multidisciplinary teams (e.g., behavior technicians, AMFT, ACSW, APCC, etc.).
•        Ensures provision of high-quality clinical services, clinical supervision, management, and develops programs to promote growth and implementation of quality research -based services within the Inland region.
