Description
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is responsible for answering a high volume of calls, overseeing the reception/front desk area, greeting consumers and partners, providing clerical and administrative support and other duties as assigned. The candidate must be personable, professional, courteous, detailed-oriented, organized, timely and adaptable. This position is an On-Call “as needed” position. The position will provide coverage for when our permanent staff is out of the office.

Requirements
·Responsible for the organization and maintenance of the front desk and reception area, as well as assisting management and staff.
·Responsible for handling multiple phone lines with inbound and outbound calls from the office and the community.
·Ensure clients are screened and transferred to the appropriate staff for services, or referred out to appropriate services
·In charge of administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
·TB, Live Scan and HIPAA upon onboarding.

Skills
·AA degree or minimum of a High school diploma.
·Must be bilingual (English/ Spanish)
·Must have great organizational skills, be detail oriented and a self-starter with the ability to multitask.
·Ability to operate all standard office equipment and have knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe (PDF).
