The Intake Manager (IM) is supervised by the Agency’s Associate Director and is part of the Management Team. The IM oversees the Intake Department and ensures that incoming mental health service requests are handled in a professional, timely and efficient manner. The IM oversees the administrative and clinical aspects of incoming calls and referrals, screenings and scheduling of intakes for mental health services, ensures outreach measures are made to maintain goals, creates and generates reports, spreadsheets, flyers, data and other administrative or organizational items within specified deadlines, and oversees and ensures accuracy of NAPA and SRTS systems.Requirements:
·Analyzes DCFS documents and issues related to custody and treatment of minors.
·Supports Intake Department by ensuring screenings, linkage for services (internal & external), Medi-Cal eligibility, and follow-up for other needed services are completed in a timely manner.
·Oversees Intake Specialists to ensure accurate client lists and information is available for staff and supervisors on a weekly basis.
·Supervises and supports the San Fernando Receptionist with client service issues, upkeep of office maintenance; ensures that daily administrative tasks and assignments for Legal Clinic, Psychiatry, MAT Program, etc. are efficient and completed within deadlines.
