ICS Family Life Center Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) Reports To: Project Director. The Bilingual Mental Health Treatment Clinician/ Psychotherapist is an essential part of the clinical team providing trauma-informed and person-centered, traditional and evidence-based approaches in assessment and treatment interventions, delivered with cultural competence. Working within an Illness Management and Recovery approach, is on the clinical intake and treatment teams, with targeted case managers, dietician, psychiatrist, peer, and data manager/coordinator. Responsive to and part of the evaluation and QI operations plan of the CCBHC, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of clinical protocols, EHR charting, and data collection requirements of the Federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) ICS Family Life Center CCBHC grant. This position is federally funded and as such COVID vaccination is required with very rare exceptions based on religious or medical exemption. Duties: Provide individual, family, and group treatment including traditional and evidence-based approaches; Provide trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally competent service; Administer clinical assessments that inform treatment and comprise clinical outcomes; On the intake team, will be available to assist screener staff in a brief evaluation of a presenting emergent crisis, and if determined, partner with a case manager who will conduct the warm-hand off to the emergency room; Conduct comprehensive assessment at intake (some clinicians will transition into permanent treatment clinician an no longer do intake assessment); In the treatment clinician role, will administer the National Outcome Measures’S (NOMS) survey at the start of treatment, every 6 months thereafter, and at planned discharge (unplanned discharge survey will be conducted by other CCBHC staff; alerts for survey administration will be provided by data manager/coordinator and EHR/AWARDS); will complete a comprehensive person-centered and family-based assessment and treatment plan, and within 30 days of admission; and annually thereafter. Refer clients to case manager for prevention and concrete needs of the client and the family; Refer clients, to the Dietician for identified needs in regard to metabolic syndrome and cardiac risk, i.e. weight, diabetes, HBP, etc. ; attend weekly team meetings to stay abreast of the care coordination and treatment; ensure timely and accurate entry on EHR/AWARDS for charting and survey protocols; Participate all trainings relevant to program and position; Take on other assignments as per the changing needs of the ICS’s CCBHC. In-person and virtual services.

Skills
•        Licensed: LMSW, LCSW or LMHC credential required
•        Minimum of two (2) years in a behavioral health setting
•        Must be highly organized and detail oriented with strong ability to multitask
•        Must be highly computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office
•        Experience with AWARDS preferred but not required
•        Bilingual Spanish required.


Notes
•        Annual Salary: $70,000 plus medical, dental, retirement, life insurance, annual and sick leave, holidays
•        Hours per week: 35 hours (5 days/week; 7 hours/day) in-person and telehealth due to pandemic
