Position: Coordinator, Workforce Development
Program: Next Step

Currently, we are seeking a Coordinator, Workforce Development for our award-winning job placement program that places homeless, formerly homeless, and low-income individuals in competitive employment.

The Coordinator will be responsible for oversight of the Centralized Intake/ Outreach Program which entails:

-Scheduling outreach events, processing referrals, and overseeing the intake and case management team.

-They will also coordinate schedules for job readiness classes, computer classes, and on-site events.

-The position will support the full intake and enrollment into workforce development programs and manage staff that support the enrollment, job readiness workshops, and retention.

BA Degree preferred:

Skills Preferred:
-Excellent presentation and communication skills;
-Experience with Microsoft office and Virtual media platforms
-Exceptional experience with working with vulnerable population a plus.
