PNP Staffing Group is excited to have been retained by St Nicks Alliance to lead their search for a Deputy Director of Older Adult Services and NORC CentersSt. Nicks Alliance is a large, non-profit focused in addressing in Affordable Housing, Youth, Elder Care, Social Services, Workforce Development and Civic Anchor. Reports to: Director for Elder Care Services
The Deputy Director of Older Adult Services and NORC Centers is a new position to oversee two senior centers and a Naturally Occurring Retirement Community (NORC). Join a vibrant organization with a mission to transform lives of the North Brooklyn residents. Lead a team that provides impactful services on a wide continuum of care for older adults which also includes independent senior housing, home care and assisted living services linked by transportation. The Deputy Director oversees 2 DFTA funded older adult center and one NORC.
Position Summary: The Deputy Director will be responsible for all aspects of center operations including activities, case management, food service, outreach and transportation for older adult center, as well as coordinator of satellite and nearby Naturally Occurring Retirement Community services. The Deputy Director will be responsible for creating a supportive impactful environment for seniors as well as budget preparation, government compliance and reporting requirements, and forming and nurturing relationships with other partners.
Applicants should possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work or other related field and have progressively increasing levels of experience managing older adult centers and services.
