Job Title: Clinically Licensed Clinician II - (Consultant to county partners)

Salary Range: $76,336.30-$91,603.55 plus license pay; Bilingual incentives are available!

Actual offers will be determined by the candidate’s creditable years of experience in conjunction with internal equity considerations and based on the organization’s current compensation practices.

Managed Care Program
Work with population up to age 59 supporting with SMI (Serious Mental Illness), Chronic Medical Issues, and Homelessness. In this position, you will be a lead for the managed care program through intake services, and clinical oversight.

Job Summary
The Managed Care Program duties including client intakes, assessments, treatment plans, and consents. In addition, this position will review program documentation for staff including progress notes, and treatment plans.


Works within the values and clinical philosophy of the agency. Under the general supervision, provides comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, risk assessment, clinical interventions, case management, coordination of therapeutic activities, and educational programs. Leads and facilitates cross-functional teams, facilitates group supervision and supports other social workers. Responsible for the completion and maintenance of clinical and administrative documentation. Assists with the implementation of Evidence Based Practices (EBPs) across the program. Participates in agency work groups in support of annual priorities and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities.
