Description
Brooklyn-based nonprofit seeks MH Therapist - Mobile Crisis (Day) - Youth with a master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, healing arts with 3 years experience. Must be able to Crisis intervention (aggressive behavior; suicide threats, ideation; domestic violence) work with clients who are experiencing domestic violence (DV) or have a history of DV, and/or who have a co-occurring mental illness, life trauma, or chronic conditions and/or substance abuse issues). The Therapist is responsible for providing comprehensive clinical services to individuals presenting at the CCBHC clinic. Provide crisis services in the community as needed. The MH Therapist- Mobile- Vets/Adults (1 FTE) will provide clinical services to adults on-site at CCBHC and offer crisis services in-home and in the community Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, etc.) and have good writing and communications skills.

Skills
Working experience in best practices-Motivational Interviewing etc. Excellent writing and communication skills. Must be computer literate.
