JOB SUMMARY:   Under the supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health, the Mobile crisis /Youth Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical oversight for youth services in the clinic, mobile crisis/core services. The supervisor will supervise all child Youth behavioral health (BH) services, including clinical supervision.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Provide crisis intervention (aggressive behavior; suicide threats, ideation; DV).
•Carry a small        caseload        of clients to provide ongoing therapy, conducts assessment/reassessments of client service needs and priorities according to OMH standards.
•Develops (in conjunction with client) appropriate treatment plans based on assessment.
•Case conferencing with other providers to determine goals/objectives, activities and who will perform needed tasks related to mental health issues for client and family.
•Provides Supervision to program staff.
•Creates/forms linkage agreements with potential referral sources.
•Assist with chart reviews and day-to-day clinical oversight of clinic.
•Monitors, updates and distributes high-risk list weekly.
•Facilitates team meetings.
•Participates in quarterly QA/incident review committee meetings.
•Ensures the reporting of all incidents according to Justice Center/OMH regulations
•Supervises/Coordinates interns as part of our Clinical Internship program


Skills
Proven experience understanding and demonstrated ability to generate revenues for clinical services. Working with Medicaid/manage care and other types of client billings. Working in the community and knowledge of community resources. . Knowledge of OMH regulations required. Knowledge of Evidenced Based Practices (Seeking Safety, Motivational Interviewing, Health Belief Model, CBT).

Notes
QUALIFICATIONS: LCSW with at least 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred, strong clinical knowledge required SIFI
