Opportunities available for Mental Health Worker/Case Manager throughout Los Angeles, Santa Fe Springs, Pomona, West Covina, Glendora, Rosemead, South Central Los Angeles


The Position:
As a Mental Health Worker/Case Manager, you will provide case management, outreach, advocacy and rehabilitative and crisis intervention as well as assisting clients in restoring and/or maintaining their functional, daily and social skills and linking them to needed community services and support resources. Due to the nature of our services, the majority of the positions may be field based.

Pacific Clinics serves children, transitional age youth, families, adults, and older adults. We offer mental health, substance use treatment, and supportive services to Medi-Cal eligible individuals and families. Our diverse staff provides culturally and linguistically relevant services in over 22 languages to our region’s culturally and ethnically diverse populations. We provide services in over 50 locations across Los Angeles, Ventura, San Bernardino, and Orange Counties.

Skills
BA degree is psychology or social service field or 2 years experience in behavioral health or social services related field. Excellent communication skills, and demonstrated ability to relate to a culturally diverse clientele and staff. Valid CA driver license and insurability on the Clinics’ auto-liability insurance policy
