The essential functions include:
- Provide coordination of clinical service delivery activities for the FSP program or
- Oversee all FSP staff and is responsible for the achievement of FSP objectives
- Maintain program productivity records and generate periodic reports regarding program activity
- Oversee and manage FSP slots and assist in assigning cases to therapists and subcontracted therapists
- Interacts with the subcontracting agencies with the community at large and with other programs, and funding sources in a manner that facilities and enhances the operation of FSP and Hillsides as a whole
- Attend monthly to bimonthly DMH IMPACT meetings
- Provides staff with weekly individual and group supervision, consultation and resources regarding clients or other matters related to the delivery of services, as well as administrative and personnel matters. Conducts a bimonthly FSP staff meeting to discuss referrals, clinical matters and administrative matters in regards to adherence of FSP contract
- Ensure that all clinical staff provide a specific amount of direct services with regard to prevailing workload standards and program goals
- Attend and participate in agency meetings, including staff, in-service, clinical conferences, training retreats, supervisory training seminars, and COA related committees and task force groups as needed
- Provide supervision to pre-licensed/waivered staff, in accordance with rules and regulations of the Board of Behavioral Science Examiners or the Board of Psychology
- Provide clinical and support staff with relevant training, supervision and feedback, which will allow staff to perform their specific tasks effectively
- Provide minimal direct services to FSP clients; maintain client files in accordance with contract requirements
- Available after hours for crisis support for staff on rotation with other FSP/ Crisis supervisors
- Budgetary responsibility for the program including salaries, expenditures, and future projected needs
- Partner with the On-Call Crisis Manager to provide 24-hour LPS and crisis support as needed. This will include managing the crisis phone and responding to crisis in the field as needed.
- Complete LPS (5585, 5150) hold application when needed.

- Doctorate or Master's Degree in a mental health related field and three years of experience in an appropriate and relevant setting Required
- Licensed for 2 years Preferred
- Qualified to provide clinical supervision to MSW's and MFT interns
- LPS certification Preferred
- Knowledge of DMH paperwork, coordinated services and rehabilitative MHS in California highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff & provide leadership
- Valid California drivers license, driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier
