Job Summary: Full-Time LIHTC Associate is responsible for the implementation of PCMH’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance program.
Essential Functions: Responsibilities includes travel to the residences to certify tenants and perform file audits, maintain waiting lists and interview prospective tenants, communicate with regulatory agencies and prepare required reports, and ensure PCMH’s compliance materials remain current. Must take initiative and pride in the execution of job responsibilities. Must have excellent customer service skills and communicate with others effectively. Must be skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Minimum Education/Requirements: Associate LIHTC Certification required. A Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ experience is preferred. Must have excellent organizational, written and communications skills. Must be outcome and detail oriented in a fast paced environment with deadlines.
1. Undergo background clearances prior to employment including fingerprinting with New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, State Central Registry (SCR) clearance, the Staff Exclusion List (SEL), and K-checks Exclusion Management.
2. Ability to maintain clearances throughout the duration of employment.
3. COVID-19 vaccination required.
Salary: $50,000-55,000 (commensurate with experience)
