Job Summary: Full-Time Director of ACT Services responsible for the oversight of three regional ACT teams to ensure regulatory compliance, fiscal viability and excellent client care. Will supervise all Team Leaders and licensed staff as needed and will act as Team Leader in the absence of such. Ideal candidate must be outcome oriented in a fast paced environment with deadlines and take initiative and pride in the execution of job responsibilities. Schedule Available: Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm. This position required travel in the field.
Essential Functions: Supervise regional Team Leaders, assist with screening, interviewing, and hiring staff, provide clinical and administrative support to teams, responsible for staff development, ensure funder/contractual compliance and incident reviews, analyze data to achieve program goals and seeks trends.
Minimum Education/Requirements: LCSW or LMSW Required. Experience working with the target population as part of mental health team required – knowledge of substance abuse and SMI. Experience with AWARDS/Footholds preferred.
1. Undergo background clearances prior to employment including fingerprinting with New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, State Central Registry (SCR) clearance, the Staff Exclusion List (SEL), and K-checks Exclusion Management.
2. Ability to maintain clearances throughout the duration of employment.
3. COVID-19 vaccination required.
