Job Summary: Full-Time Data Management Specialist to maintain property management documentation in a Brooklyn Supported Housing Office. Programs service SMI adults in 24 hour congregate care housing. This position requires interaction with residents, program staff, managers, and outside entities. Schedule Available: Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm. .
Essential Functions: Main responsibilities include tracking and updating leases in an electronic database, calculating and collecting resident rent, monitoring payments to landlords, and completing related correspondence and reports.
Minimum Education/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or High School Diploma with 3-5 year office experience. Must have excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
1. Undergo background clearances prior to employment including fingerprinting with New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, State Central Registry (SCR) clearance, the Staff Exclusion List (SEL), and K-checks Exclusion Management.
2. Ability to maintain clearances throughout the duration of employment.
3. COVID-19 vaccination required.
Rate of Pay: $21.75/hour
