Job Summary: Full-Time Residential Coordinator to supervise the evening operations of a Licensed Congregate Housing. Coordinator is also responsible for providing direct services, as needed and facilitating substance abuse groups. Major areas of responsibility include ensuring quality case management and care for all residents, maintaining comprehensive case records, providing leadership and supervision of direct care staff, and responding to crises. Schedule Available: Tuesday-Saturday, 1pm to 9pm.
Essential Functions: This position operates in an agency Residential Facility. The position requires regular entry into personal residential units. The position uses standardized office equipment such as phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers. Must have excellent organizational, written and communications skills.
Minimum Education/Requirements: Position requires Bachelor’s degree. Master’s Degree preferred with at least 2 years’ experience working with seriously mentally ill and/or homeless population, or CASAC License with 5 years related experience. Knowledge of, or experience in supportive housing or other residential program is a plus.
1. Undergo background clearances prior to employment including fingerprinting with New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, State Central Registry (SCR) clearance, the Staff Exclusion List (SEL), and K-checks Exclusion Management.
2. Ability to maintain clearances throughout the duration of employment.
3. COVID-19 vaccination required.
Salary Range: $45,000-50,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
