Job Summary: Full-Time Program Director responsible for the oversight of the residence’s operations 24/7, ensures site is in compliance with all regulatory agency requirements as well as PCMH’s Policies and Procedures, and maintains a professional environment to enhance service delivery. Residences Available: 2950 Grand Concourse, Bronx Park East, and Crotona.
Essential Functions: Must be outcome oriented in a fast paced environment with deadlines. Must take initiative and pride in the execution of job responsibilities Experience working in a residential program is required. Knowledge of OMH Licensed Housing Standards, OMH Supported Housing Guidelines, and DOHMH OPRE standards is preferred. Must be skilled in Microsoft Office and internet search engines and sites. This position operates in an agency Residential Facility and requires regular entry into personal residential units. The position uses standardized office equipment such as phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers.
Minimum Education/Requirements: Position requires a Master’s Degree with 5 years’ experience working with seriously mentally ill and/or homeless population. Must have excellent organizational, written and communications skills.
1. Undergo background clearances prior to employment including fingerprinting with New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, State Central Registry (SCR) clearance, the Staff Exclusion List (SEL), and K-checks Exclusion Management.
2. Ability to maintain clearances throughout the duration of employment.
3. COVID-19 vaccination required.
Salary: $60,000-65,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
