Description
Anthesis is looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to fill our Intake Coordinator position.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
•Under the direction of the Director of Employment Programs, the Intake Coordinator helps maintain schedules for the Director of Employment Programs and other professional staff.
•Serve as a key member of the intake/eligibility committee by providing the initial intake process and working with new program participants and their circle of support
•Communicate effectively with program participants, staff members, care providers, and family members
•Provide orientation and training for new program participants
•Accurately track and evaluate program participant information, attendance, late arrivals, and early departures for all programs on a daily basis through the use of our Case Magic program
•Responsible for keeping current and updated program participant emergency information for IECBS, Supported Employment and Individual Placements, creating program participant files, face sheets, and maintaining files on terminated participants

Skills
•Must be able to perform basic office duties and skills such as using email and the ability to type 45WPM
•Must be an effective liaison between Anthesis and the local community, DOR, Regional Center Consumer Service Coordinators, care providers and families of participants.
•Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
•Must have valid CA driver’s license with at least three years driving experience with a clean driving record for insurance purposes
