We are currently seeking a Program Director to join our clinical team within our outpatient opioid treatment programs in Manhattan.

In this role you will:

The Program Director is responsible for the two overall clinical management and administrative operations of his/her assigned program(s). He or she is responsible for managing and monitoring the job performance of all program employees; assuring the quality of clinical services provided to persons served and the communications between program employees and agency administration.

What qualifications do you need:

Bachelors’ Degree required with four-six years substance abuse treatment and/or mental health experience.
OR
• CASAC required plus five years of administrative/supervisory experience in the field of addiction or related.
OR
•    Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field preferred with licensure as LMSW/LMHC/LCSW
•    Prior experience working in Substance Use Treatment Program.
•    Knowledge of evidence-based treatments, managed care principles, and behavior practices.
•    Bilingual-Spanish, preferred.
Skills:

•    Strong leadership and effective management skills.

•    Knowledge of OASAS guidance.

•    Ability to implement and monitor policy and procedure in accordance with agency guidelines.

•    Knowledgeable about Federal, state and local law and regulation governing substance abuse treatment programs.

•    Good oral and written communication skills

•    Good analytical and organizational skills

•    Ability to multi-task

•    Strong interpersonal skills

•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
